Who We Are Header.jpg

Our Team

We are the region’s only program for youth ages 8-19 who love to make and watch films. The Academy of Cinematic Arts is a Christian, arts/education nonprofit that is committed to helping students discover their stories through digital storytelling, film, and media, providing youth with educational programs, social experiences, competition, award recognition, and a sense of community.

We know that stories change lives and people stretch, grow, feel, change, inspire, and innovate because of stories. We become our best selves, witness our worst, and truly live our lives through stories. When the next generation tells stories well, they become empowered and elevate their communities in ways we can only begin to imagine.
